How does the rebate process work if I qualify?
The rebate process is straightforward requiring zero work on your part. Our team will handle the entire process from pre-audit to post-audit and provide the necessary information so that you can track your rebate.
The auditor will visit your home before any work is completed to take pictures of your existing equipment and note down the efficiency as well as proof that you currently have older equipment in your home.
After the pre-audit is completed, your contractor will come to your property to perform the necessary upgrades to qualify for the rebate.
The auditor will return back to your home after the installation is complete to take pictures of the new equipment and note down the efficiency, model number and type of equipment as proof of the upgrade.
You can expect to receive your rebate cheque in the mail as soon as 5-12 weeks. We will provide you with all the necessary forms and information so that you can track the progress of your rebate and receive proof of confirmation that it is in progress.
